Spring RTS Engine

Installs for both of us are pretty fresh. Not to mention we can both connect to someone else on the internet and the sync is fine.
Neither of us has modified anything.

Currently using all LAN IPs. Since the internet IPs are the same (since I'm going through a router), LAN IPs seem to make sense for this. I'm really confused by this.
