Your posts are a bit confusing. For the first one: are you able to login to the local server ? (if you are then you will see each other, and if you aren't then you can't connect, but I can't imagine both logging in and not 'seeing' each other) For the second: this is when you connect to the officia...

so my problem is:
if one of us make host a game, the other will be not synced. what should i do? i tried to forward port but i am not sure i made it right. could anyone tell me excactly how i make it work?

We tried with TASServer, but it didn't workig. The 2 computer didn't see each other in lobby. Can anyone help us?
