Spring RTS Engine

Yeah, i've tried just about everything i can think of game wise. Had him reset connections, check drivers, check network settings we tried different sized maps...i don't know what it is.

Trying to play Spring with various mods including Balanced TA, and NOTA v1.40 and he desyncs constantly. At first i thought it may be his connection but it's persistent and at least for the first little bit he always desyncs on fram 16 and 417. Anyone had this problem?
