Spring RTS Engine

Whenever I am in-game, my mouse is slightly delayed and lagged. This does not happen on other computers I play on. It pretty much ruins my game play. It makes quick building impossible, and overall disables my ability to play well at all. Any ideas on how to make the mouse move normally? I have disa...
