It seems that this is an AI issue.
I switched the AI i was using to the NCAS or whatever, and the game didn't crash. The bot commander just stood there and did nothing but game was stable.

I'm running an amd Turion ml-30 processor and an ati x700 mobility graphics card and after approx 10-15 min of play the game bluescreens and reboots my system. Not sure what is causing it.
